White's Residential Treatment Facility, Inc., is the 1st Afro-American Community-Based Residential Treatment Facility in the City of Milwaukee.
Whites is licensed in the state of Wisconsin as a Community-Based Residential Facility for men challenged with substance abuse and/or duel-diagnosed mental health issues. A not-for-profit agency, Whites is recognized by the IRS as a 501-c-3 organization supported solely through donations offered by the public and private sectors. Monetary contributions to Whites are tax-deductible and can be made on-line through the Pay-Pal system or by check payable to White's Residential at the address above.
